It’s Saturday and I am heating our smoke sauna. This is something that I really like to do. The weather is quite cloudy today. But, umm.. I like this actually, because there’s no wind and it’s really peaceful. Heating up the sauna and having sauna in general is Is definitely in my top three ways of relaxing. The best ways to relax. Especially like this kind of a sauna that is close to nature. When you heat that and when you have sauna the experience combines so many elements that help you to relax. There’s of course sauna and the warmth. And I love the sound of wood burning. But then there is also nature. You can look at it and and you can listen the silence and the nature sounds. While you feel really refreshed after having sauna. It’s something that is really hard to explain how you feel afterwards. The feeling is just both mentally and physically it’s really good. You feel no stress just calm and good, refreshed. Yeah, now I’m going to add some wood and then go inside and after a while I come again. Come again and add some more wood Maybe now I think about after an hour we can start preparing having sauna. This is nice.
