In this clip we’re going to talk about one
of the lesser known body treatments, or one that people aren’t as educated on. And that
would be the body wrap. Basically, what a body wrap is is a detoxifying or smoothing
treatment where we apply a product to the entire body, wrap in foil, and then apply
a blanket. And what this does is allow our bodies to sweat, so that releases toxins.
Also, our body is able to really absorb all of the nutrients and minerals in the product,
and get all the benefits because there’s no where for it to go, you’re trapped in there.
This is a great treatment for almost everybody, and I’ll get in to the points of who should
and who shouldn’t have this treatment. But really, the only person that shouldn’t is
someone that’s chlostrophobic. Now, Lizzy, you’re not chlostrophobic, are you? OK, good.
So, she’s safe to wrap. So what we’re going to do is, we’re going to apply the product
and wrap her for about 20 minutes to a half an hour, let her really get her body heat
up and warm so she can really get all the benefits from the treatment.
