Hello! This is Cherie Krieger on behalf of
expertvillage.com. We are continuing on with our sports massage concentrating on the back
and the upper extremities, the arms. Ankling the arms close to the head and pulling slightly
at an angle that helps this entire part of the arm and underneath the scapula here. Once
again slowly applying pressure pulling
and gently exiting the stretch and placing the hand on the headrest. We are going to
continue on demonstrating working the scapula area here and the upper arm.
