A few points to remember before we begin the
massage. This massage technique uses light pressure.
It is skin deep so you will not be massaging your muscles. Use the flats of your hands
instead of your finger tips. Gently stretch the skin as far as it goes naturally and then
release. Never do the massage if it is causing you pain or hurting your hands, wrists or
